IT'S CONFERENCE TIME!
In a little under a week, I'll be in NEW YORK CITY, where I'll be attending my very first writer's conference. I'm SUPER NERVOUS, but also tres excited. I get to meet fellow writers and readers I've only spoken with online. I also get to meet one of my writing partners for the very first time! If you're in the area from Wednes 22 July - Saturday 25 July, or attendng the ROMANCE WRITERS OF AMERICA CONFERENCE, and you spot me, please do say hello!
RITA AWARD NOMINATION!! SAY WHAT?
Yep, you heard right. Incredibly, against some very awesome books entered for this prestigious industry award, my HARLEQUIN PRESENTS, WHAT THE GREEK CAN'T RESIST, has been picked as a finalist for BEST CONTEMPORARY SHORT. WHAT? On Saturday 25 July, I'll be at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, NYC (see above for conference details), nervous, excited, but super proud to see my little book up there with the big guns! Keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!
